Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping through the Swiss Post. 
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out and depend on the destination country and total weight of your order.  

It may take us 1-2 weeks to prepare and package your order, before we can send it of.
Pre-Orders will take considerably longer. The expected delivery time is noted on the Pre-Order product page.  

Switzerland 

We usually ship with B-Post. Most deliveries should arrive within 2 days after your shipping confirmation email is received.

Europe

Deliveries within Europe may take anywhere from 5-20 days to arrive, depending on the destination country.
These times may be delayed by a number of factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country.

Worldwide

Deliveries outside Europe may take anywhere from 7-60 days to arrive, depending on the destination country.
These times may be delayed by a number of factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country.

 

Pre-orders & back-orders

We aim to provide accurate shipping & delivery estimates for pre-order and back-order products, but may be limited by production delays, shipping delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. We do not include any coverage for customs or duty fees in quoted shipping costs, or at any point in our checkout or billing process.
